The Equilibria Testnet Swap allows holders of current mainnet XEQ to swap mainnet XEQ to the ongoing testnet.
You will:
Send mainnet XEQ to the swap address
Generate a transaction proof
Submit proof via the swap portal
Receive testnet XEQ after the swap window closes

Swap closes at a predetermined and published block.
At that block:
Distribution list finalized
Final balances will be calculated
A full database snapshot will be taken
Submissions after this height will not be accepted.

After snapshot:
Public verification will be available on the tracker
Distribution details will be published
Testnet XEQ will be distributed
On Testnet, XEQ will come from the testnet gov wallet.
On Mainnet, XEQ will be minted at the genesis block and the total will be visible on the blockchain.
